Inspired by Play was built on a simple belief: play has the power to bring people together.
We create experiences that help people connect, communicate, learn, laugh and grow — whether that’s a corporate team working better together, students discovering their leadership potential, conference delegates connecting with one another, or a community simply coming together to have some fun.

Bryan Burns is the founder of Inspired by Play and has spent more than 25 years bringing people together through leadership, events, hospitality, team development and experiential learning.
From leading organizations and large-scale events to facilitating team experiences, Bryan has worked with people at every level — and one lesson continues to show up:

His approach combines practical leadership experience with energy, creativity and a willingness to make work a little less… well, work.
Today, Bryan brings those experiences together through Inspired by Play — helping teams, organizations, schools and communities create stronger connections through purposeful play.

Bryan believes that serious results don’t always require serious methods. Sometimes the best way to strengthen a team, discover a new perspective or move forward is to get people involved, get them laughing and give them something meaningful to experience together.
